The Clay Pigeon Shooting Club trains at Auchterhouse Country Sports located 8 miles north of Dundee, and one of the top clay target shooting grounds in the country.

Informal training sessions are held every Wednesday and Saturday and shooters of all abilities encouraged to attend.

Coaching is provided by committee members and the staff at Auchterhouse, but the club also has access to Commonwealth Games finalist Drew Christie, whose tuition played an important part in the 2008 British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Championship victory and success at the 2010 Agricultural Block Fixture.

In addition, the club provides opportunities and assistance for members seeking to acquire shotgun licences.
